Helmut K. C. TessarekandGitHub 7f65a254b3 refactor: improve tooltips in diagnostics page (#6765) 
The term "seems to" is used too loosely in many of the tooltips, but in
these 2 instances it is wrong wording.
An update is either available or not. If there is no update, one could
argue that "seems to" is valid, since the Internet could be down to
check for a new version. But in this situation the update is availble.
It is impossible that an update seems to be available.

Helmut K. C. Tessarek 2b32b6f78c fix version when compiled at a specific commit 
When a specific commit is checked out from the main branch, the vaultwarden
version is reported as `vaultwarden x.y.z-githash (HEAD)`.
This is a problem, because the admin interface reports this as a version from
a branch called HEAD, while in reality the commit was from the main branch.
