Update crates and web-vault (#7171)
- Update crates including fixing a regression of Diesel - Update web-vault to v2026.4.1 - Adjusted the README to address the secure context and needing HTTPS Fixes #7132 Closes #7137 Signed-off-by: BlackDex <black.dex@gmail.com>
