There was an error in Bot Framework Composer release versioning, it has now been corrected and it is now reflected here as well.
Updated URL, updated hash, updated version, and renamed the YAML file.
A previous commit by a contributor changed the homepage URL to Microsoft Bot Framework's homepage instead of Bot Framework Composer's.
This commit is to fix that error.
* Adding Microsoft.BotFrameworkComposer 1.0.0 manifest.
* Add new line to end of Microsoft.BotFrameworkComposer 1.0.0 manifest.
* Adding SilentWithProgress flag to Installer configuration to match Silent flag.
