BlueScreenView uses nullsoft installer + tags (#1821)

Just realized BlueScreenView uses nullsoft installer
+ edited license to Freeware instead of copyright
+ added a few more tags

Can't find a proper download link to 1.55 but its not getting updates so it should be fine
