Updated EarTrumpet manifest version (#5759)

* Removed EarTrumpet manifest with not found installer

The provided installer url can not be found, so winget shows 404 not found.

* Added new EarTrumpet manifest.

Since the old manifest did not work, this is the new one with an existing installer.

* Update EarTrumpet manifest to actual installer

* Update and verified hash
