Mathijs van Veluw b71cb7a832 Misc fixes regarding jobs and config (#7858)
* Fix several scheduled job issues

Several jobs could cause a panic, or stop without running through all
items because of this panic. This could cause missed items until that
panic somehow resolved it self, and probably would never work fully
again.

This could cause emergency access for example to never work again.
Besides this, emergency access was also able to be panic if the
wait-time was out-of-bounds and date/time calculation might fail.
This is also fixed now by using `checked` functions and continue upon
those issues so all awaiting items will be handled.

* Fix several possible panics and overflows

Adjust several integer types to be a lower or unsigned type.
Most types were too large, only because the function which used this
value needed that specific type. But, this allowed too large values
which either caused panics or might cause a DoS.

This does however might possible cause configurations which have larger
values, which are probably way too large anyway to be not loaded or use
their defaults. During the config loading, either via env or json, it
will show error logs regarding these items.

Also fixed an issue with protected actions via OTP, it increased the
attempt before it validated if the attempt limit was reached. This could
cause an issue when set to `1`, that way it was never allowed, and `3`
times would actually be `2`.

Also added several config validation checks which otherwise would have
prevent Vaultwarden to start, or login, so these will probably not cause
issues, else users would already have issues.

* Show config errors on diagnostics page

With the previous commits it is now possible to add a warning if their
rare issues with loading of the config, either environment variables
which we were not able to parse correctly, or if loading the
`config.json` failed instead of just showing it wasn't used, while it
does exists, which might be confusing.

Mathijs van Veluw b30cc08562 Misc fixes and updates (#7558)
* Update GHA and pre-commit

* Update admin diagnostics

Added a check if the templates are overridden and return which specific folder, `admin`, `email` or `scss`.
This way we could more quickly point users to possible outdated templates which they are using.

Also updated the Support String to use some emojis so we should be able to quicker see if there is something wrong.
Just checking `true` or `false` could be difficult sometimes, and sometimes what we had as `false` wasn't bad either.

Also adjusted the eslint comments so it will work with the latest version of eslint.

* Fix updating collections for a cipher

The newer clients expect a `cipherDetails` response on the `collections-admin` endpoints.
Without it, the client will cause an error and stops handling the update correctly.

This will fix this by returning the cipher json.

* Cache CSS file in a different way

Currently we set a cache ttl of 24 hours, and users need to do a force refresh if there is anything changed to the CSS file.
In the past we have had several issue reported which were related to a still cached CSS file.

This commit will change the caching and also cache the generated CSS file in memory.
Instead of letting the browser cache it for 24 hours we generate an ETag, this is just a hash of the contents.
This ETag is returned by the browser during a request, and we can match this, and if so, just return a `304` `Not Modified`.
If the ETag is not known, we return the new content.

This should make simple refreshes by clients get updated settings or a new version of Vaultwarden which has other CSS entries get updated instantly.
If a user does a hard refresh, we will not receive the ETag and the content will be served.

The same goes if someone has the `reload_templates` feature enabled, since then we should not cache anyway.
If someone adjust settings via the `/admin` interface, the cache will be invalidated and a new CSS will be generated.

Mathijs van Veluw d297e274a3 Several SSO Fixes (#7163)
* Ensure SSO token is only usable on the same client

This commit adds an extra check via cookies to ensure the same browser/client is used to request and provide the SSO token.
Previously it would be able to provide a custom link which attackers could use to steal data.
While an attacker would still need the Master Password to be able to decrypt or execute specific actions, they were able to fetch encrypted data.

Solved with some help of Claude Code.

* Check email-verified on SSO login/create

This commit prevents possible account takeover via SSO which doesn't check/validate or provide validated status of the email.
It was checked at other locations, but was skipped here.

* Prevent data disclosure via SSO endpoints

This commit prevents some data disclosure and user enumeration by only returning the fake SSO identifier.
Since we do not check the identifier anywhere useful, returning the fake one is just fine.

During an invite to an org, that link contains the correct UUID and will be used for the master password requirements.
For anything else, server admins should set the `SSO_MASTER_PASSWORD_POLICY` env variable.

Mathijs van Veluw 650defac75 Update Feature Flags (#6981)
* Update Feature Flags

Added new feature flags which could be supported without issues.
Removed all deprecated feature flags and only match supported flags.
Do not error on invalid flags during load, but do on config save via admin interface.
During load it will print a `WARNING`, this is to prevent breaking setups when flags are removed, but are still configured.

There are no feature flags anymore currently needed to be set by default, so those are removed now.

Helmut K. C. Tessarek 7f65a254b3 refactor: improve tooltips in diagnostics page (#6765)
The term "seems to" is used too loosely in many of the tooltips, but in
these 2 instances it is wrong wording.
An update is either available or not. If there is no update, one could
argue that "seems to" is valid, since the Internet could be down to
check for a new version. But in this situation the update is availble.
It is impossible that an update seems to be available.

- Updated Backend Admin dependencies
- Fixed NTP time by using CloudFlare trace - Fixes #5797
- Fixed web-vault version check = Fixes #5761
- Fixed an issue with the css not hiding the 'Create Account' link.
There were no braces around the function call.
Also added a hide for newer web-vault versions as it still causes confusion with the cached /api/config.

BlackDex 613b2519ed Removed unsafe-inline JS from CSP and other fixes
- Removed `unsafe-inline` for javascript from CSP.
The admin interface now uses files instead of inline javascript.
- Modified javascript to work not being inline.
- Run eslint over javascript and fixed some items.
- Added a `to_json` Handlebars helper.
  Used at the diagnostics page.
- Changed `AdminTemplateData` struct to be smaller.
The `config` was always added, but only used at one page.
Same goes for `can_backup` and `version`.
- Also inlined CSS.
We can't remove the `unsafe-inline` from css, because that seems to
break the web-vault currently. That might need some further checks.
But for now the 404 page and all the admin pages are clear of inline scripts and styles.

Stefan Melmuk fa7dbedd5d redirect to admin login page when forward fails
currently, if the admin guard fails the user will get a 404 page.
and when the session times out after 20 minutes post methods will
give the reason "undefined" as a response while generating the support
string will fail without any user feedback.

this commit changes the error handling on admin pages

* by removing the reliance on Rockets forwarding and making the login
page an explicit route that can be redirected to from all admin pages

* by removing the obsolete and mostly unused Referer struct we can
redirect the user back to the requested admin page directley

* by providing an error message for json requests the
`get_diagnostics_config` and all post methods can return a more
comprehensible message and the user can be alerted

* the `admin_url()` function can be simplified because rfc2616 has been
obsoleted by rfc7231 in 2014 (and also by the recently released
rfc9110) which allows relative urls in the Location header.

BlackDex 338756550a Fix error reporting in admin and some small fixes
- Fixed a bug in JavaScript which caused no messages to be shown to the
user in-case of an error send by the server.
- Changed mail error handling for better error messages
- Changed user/org actions from a to buttons, this should prevent
strange issues in-case of javascript issues and the page does re-load.
- Added Alpine and Debian info for the running docker image

During the mail error testing i encountered a bug which caused lettre to
panic. This panic only happens on debug builds and not release builds,
so no need to update anything on that part. This bug is also already
fixed. See https://github.com/lettre/lettre/issues/678 and https://github.com/lettre/lettre/pull/679
