Several config and admin interface fixes

- Fixed issue with domains starting with `admin`
- Fixed issue with DUO not being enabled globally anymore (regression)
- Renamed `Ciphers` to `Entries` in overview
- Improved `ADMIN_TOKEN` description
- Updated jquery-slim and datatables
