Update Rust, Crates and Web-Vault (#5860)

Browse Source 
- Updated web-vault to v2025.5.0
- Updated Rust to v1.87.0
- Updated all the crates
- Replaced yubico with yubico_ng
- Fixed several new (nightly) clippy lints
