a86cdee6d2 feat(ConEmuConfig): change ConEmu dependency 
- use DevBox-ConEmu which is a much higher quality package that
   properly detects OS and performs a silent install

6ba4499132 feat: ConEmuConfiguration 0.0.1 
- check nuspec for all the features present
 - only using the .reg during install, but backup copy of .xml
   also kept around in case this turns into a portable config as well
