NEW FEATURES
- C/C++ lint via `cppcheck`. Also added alternative (hidden) support for
`cpplint.py`. Please see README for more info.
- Lua syntax check via `luac`.
CHANGES/FIXES
- Adding a 'beta' channel for SublimeLinter into Package Control. This
branch will act as a more formal method for testing new features and
fixes before a release.
